On the exciting day of January 6, 2023, the CCPT Year end finale event was an exhilarating success! Every single player in the game kicked off with 14,000 chips but it was the skilled and talented Joe who stole the show and emerged victorious! Following closely behind were Tony in second place and Duane in third. The excitement didn’t stop there, as Dave secured the super push which further raised the intensity of the game. Unfortunately, the legal eagles Pete and Luc were the first players to bow.
The event catering pulled out all the stops and wowed the players with an outstanding spread, particularly the brisket which was a sensational hit. As the curtains drew on the riveting 2023 season, Joe was declared as the undisputed winner of the CCPT 2023 Tour season. Sadly, Ben and Tyler were not able to make it to the event but are eagerly looking forward to the next season with renewed fervor.
With just two weeks to go for the commencement of the 2024 season, all the players are gearing up and buckling up for the next exhilarating challenge. To all the players, we wish you the very best of luck and may the games be spectacular!
Congratulations to Joe who made a great come back after being Down to his last 10k and Tony who also made a great come back. Thanks to Tony for hosting a great CCPT Finale. Special thanks to Eileen for the wonderful food and to Tony for the great brisket as usual. And finally to Dana for being patient with 8 old guys. Bring on 2024.
Great hosting Tony, love the new chips, Eileen big thankyou!
John D, thanks for being late, you never found your rhythm, thankyou Pete for not letting Luc choose your seat, it seemed to have distracted both of you during the big game, Dave finally ran out of trips, phew, Duane was rushing his late decisions under pressure from Luc wanting to leave, Mark, never seen anyone lose with such great hands, in the end Tony got tired and lost focus.
Looking forward to a great 2024 and inviting any new members who are worthy of carrying the CCPT banner!
Well said champion Sullivan! Now you have to earn it in 2024 if you want to keep the title.
